Frequently Asked Questions

How long does a typical session last?

A typical session lasts around 40 to 50 minutes per client depending on the case and needs, allowing enough time to thoroughly address the needs while being mindful of the schedule.

How long do I need to wait to get a response to my booking request?

Within 24 hours.

Will I still be able to have my session if I’m running late?

There will be a 15-minute grace period from your scheduled start time. If you haven’t arrived within that time, the session will be marked as a “no-show” and is non-refundable. This policy supports punctuality and respects everyone’s time. If you expect to be late, please contact me as soon as possible so we can determine whether a small adjustment is possible.
