Do you issue Medical Certificates?

Yes. Take note that a medical certificate is a legal document affixed with my signature so there will be an additional charge of P100. Medical certificates are not part of insurance coverage and shall only be given for specific valid reasons and after the consultation.

Can I book a schedule today?

Yes. As long as there is an available schedule, requests for appointments will be immediately accommodated. However, booking cutoff is set 15 minutes before the clinic schedule ends and requests made after are rescheduled to the next available clinic date. If not accepted for 24 hours, your request will be automatically cancelled by the system.

How long does a typical session last?

A typical session lasts around 15 minutes per patient. It can take longer depending on the case and needs of the patient.

Which HMO's/Healthcards do you accept?

As of the moment, I am currently not accepting health cards.

Can I message you via the NowServing app?

Yes, you can send me a message through the NowServing app once I already accepted your appointment. You will receive a reply as soon as possible.

How long do I need to wait to get a response to my booking request?

Booking requests are accepted within minutes up to an hour, depending on the availability of the physician.

Do you conduct consultations via chat or messaging?

A video consultation is preferred as it helps establish rapport between the doctor and patient and allows for a more effective examination within the limitations of teleconsultation. However, if circumstances such as a weak internet connection prevent a video call, we can proceed with a chat consultation, provided you consent to the potential risk of limited assessment by the doctor.
