I am a Registered Psychologist and Psychometrician in the Philippines with over a decade of experience across clinical practice, psychological assessment, psychotherapy, research, community mental health, and mental health education. My work has allowed me to support children, adolescents, adults, families, employees, and communities across diverse settings, including private practice, hospitals, NGOs, and mental health organizations. I am particularly passionate about making psychological services more accessible, responsive, and grounded in evidence. Beyond direct clinical work, I have been involved in research, program development, capacity-building, advocacy, crisis response, and the training and supervision of psychologists, psychometricians, and psychology interns. My experience in community-based mental health and psychosocial support has strengthened my commitment to approaches that consider not only individual well-being, but also the social and organizational environments in which people live and work.
