How long does a typical session last?

For new patients, the first session lasts around 50 to 60 minutes -- adequate time for initial assessment and discussion of possible management. Subsequent follow-up sessions may last for 45 to 50 minutes, depending on the patient's progress. Note to patients: In the "Reason for Booking/Chief Complaint" section, kindly indicate the time slot(s) during which you are most available, and allow the doctor to review and approve/finalize the appointment schedule, subject to their own availability.

Do I need to pay first to get an appointment?

Yes, payment needs to be completed before the doctor receives the appointment request. Please allow 24-48 hours for confirmation of the schedule. The consultation fee shall cover the following: Interview and examination (via videocall) of the patient regarding symptoms and concerns, possible diagnoses, and discussion regarding appropriate management/prescription. Fee for new patients: Php2800. Fee for follow-up consultations: Php2500. Additional fees may be charged for additional services offered during the consultation. Lower rates are available for Senior Citizens and Persons with Disability who are able to submit *valid* SC/PWD IDs.
