Do you issue Medical Certificates?

Yes. Take note that a medical certificate is a legal document affixed with my signature so there will be an additional charge of 200 pesos. Medical certificates shall only be given for specific valid reasons and after the consultation.

Yes, you can send me a message through the NowServing app once I already accepted your appointment. You will receive a reply as soon as possible. Known patients can also message me.
