How long do I need to wait to get a response to my booking request?

I will make every effort to respond at my earliest opportunity, usually within 24 hours.

Do I need to pay first to get an appointment?

Yes, the fee is required to be paid before the request can be submitted.

How long does a typical session last?

A typical session lasts around 50 minutes per patient. It can take longer depending on the case and needs of the patient.

It's past my appointment time, is the consultation still going to proceed?

The psychologist will maximize the time that has remained for you. You will still pay the full amount per session. To make the most of your consultation, it is strongly advised that you arrive ON TIME.

What is your cancellation policy? Paid fees?

Appointments must be rescheduled or cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled date. ALL paid fees are NON- REFUNDABLE and NON- TRANSFERABLE.

Which HMO's/Healthcards do you accept?

At the moment, I do not accept any HMOs or health cards.
