Yes. I create tailored diet plans suited to your specific needs, lifestyle, and medical condition. Please note that an additional fee applies for this service.

Do you issue Medical Certificates?

Yes. Take note that a medical certificate is a legal document affixed with my signature so there will be an additional charge of Php100. Medical certificates are not part of insurance coverage and shall only be given for specific valid reasons and after the consultation.

Do you offer nutrition counselling?

Yes. Aside from being a medical doctor, I am also a Registered Nutritionist-Dietitian and provide personalized nutrition counselling to support your health goals.
