With over 12 years of professional counseling experience and 7 years in mental health practice, I specialize in providing evidence-based counseling and psychological services for individuals navigating personal, academic, and professional challenges. I hold a Master’s degree in Guidance and Counseling and am currently pursuing a PhD in the same field to further strengthen my expertise in psychotherapy and mental health interventions. My practice is dedicated to helping clients manage emotional distress, build resilience, and achieve psychological, social, and emotional well-being. I provide compassionate, confidential, and professional support, integrating research-backed approaches tailored to the unique needs of each client. Beyond one-on-one counseling, my experience includes conducting mental health screenings, designing academic interventions, leading trainings and workshops, and facilitating mental health programs that empower individuals and communities. At the core of my practice is the belief that every client has the capacity for growth and healing.
