Yes. Additional documents such as detailed pre employment clearance may incur additional fees.

Can I message you via the NowServing app?

Yes, you can send me a message through the NowServing app once I already accepted your appointment. You will receive a reply as soon as possible. You can also message your additional questions/clarifications after our teleconsult session but for follow-ups, kindly book another follow-up consultation with me :)

Can I book a schedule today?

Yes. As long as there is an available schedule, requests for appointments will be immediately accommodated. If not accepted within 24 hours, your request will be automatically cancelled by the system.

How long does a typical session last?

We will usually start with an initial chat (so you can send the photos and initial history) immediately after booking, then I will call on your scheduled appointment time. The call usually lasts around 15 minutes or longer, depending on the case and needs of the patient.
