How do I prepare for my first session?

No special preparation is required. Clients are encouraged to attend with openness and readiness to discuss their concerns, goals, and relevant background information.

What is your cancellation policy?

Clients are expected to attend sessions on time. A 15-minute grace period is provided before the appointment is tagged as No Show. No-show appointments are non-refundable. For cancellations or rescheduling: -24 hours’ notice is required for appointments booked in advance. -3 hours’ notice is required for same-day appointments. Missed sessions or late cancellations may still be charged unless both parties agree that the absence was due to circumstances beyond the client’s control.

Are sessions confidential?

Yes. All sessions are confidential and handled in accordance with professional ethical standards and applicable data privacy laws. Confidentiality may only be limited under legally mandated circumstances (e.g., risk of harm to self or others).
