Rescheduling

Rescheduling may be done for free as long as you inform at least One (1) hour prior to the agreed time. Anything beyond that would mean a confirmation of attendance. Rescheduling after the said time, would mean an appointment booked as a new one with no refund of the payment.

Can I message you via the NowServing app?

Yes, you can send me a message through the NowServing app. Please note that I may not be able to answer them as soon as possible. For important questions, they are better answered by myself during our consult time.

Do I need to pay first to get an appointment?

Yes, you will have to pay the fee before I will receive the request. Please note that the doctor values her time as much as she values yours so please make sure that you are on time for the appointment.

No Show Policy for New consults

An initial psychiatric consult runs from 45-55 minutes. Anything less than that would mean a compromise of consultation and the service I can render to you. Thus, if you are not around for consult after 15 minutes since the start of your allotted consult schedule, then it will be considered a No show. You will have to reschedule for a new appointment with no refund. Thank you.

What if the doctor does not respond within the guaranteed time?

Your request will be automatically cancelled by the system.

Can I use our consultation and its results for a court case?

Court cases are better managed by forensic psychiatrists and I do not offer this service. My prescriptions and medical certificates are for non-medicolegal cases only.

Do you issue Medical Certificates?

Yes. But not for medico-legal purposes. Please take note that a medical certificate is a legal document affixed with my signature so there maybe an additional charge. Medical certificates shall only be given for specific valid reasons and after the consultation. The doctor does not guarantee giving medical certificates prior to seeing the patient.

How long does a typical session last?

A new consult lasts around 45 to 55 minutes per patient while follow-up consult can last for 30 to 50 minutes. It is to your best interest for you to be on time.

How long do I need to wait to get a response to my booking request?

I usually respond on the day the booking request is made.
