Do you issue Medical Certificates?

Yes, Medical Certificates / Medical Clearances / Fit to Work Clearances are issued upon request for an additional fee. Handwritten certificates may also be provided upon request.

How does my company validate a medical certificate?

Medical Certificates / Medical Clearances / Fit to Work Clearances may be validated via the e-mail provided after consult.

Is this just the booking fee or is it already the full consultation amount?

It is the FULL consultation amount, inclusive already of a prescription and/or laboratory request/s, if needed depending on your case. Please take note request for a Medical Certificate / Medical Clearance / Fit to Work Clearance will incur an additional fee.

Can I book a schedule today?

Yes, you may book any time for same day consult (even on holidays)! This includes any late night or last minute consults for the day. Please refer to the Online Clinic Schedule for booking availability.

How long does a typical session last?

On average, a typical consult lasts 15 minutes. However, I usually allot more time to answer any additional questions patients may have. There's no rush really. Please do take the opportunity to ask me questions. I encourage it all the time! :-)

Can I message you via the NowServing app?

Definitely! You may chat with me and send me files (e.g. pictures, laboratory tests, medical certificates, previous prescriptions, etc.) via the NowServing app. Please give me within the same day to reply.

How long do I need to wait to get a response to my booking request?

During office/clinic hours (8AM-5PM daily), kindly give me 30 minutes to reply to your booking request. Beyond office/clinic hours, please give me 1 hour to reply. Any late night bookings past 11:30PM, will receive a response the following day.

Can I book a face to face consultation with you?

All face to face consults in the listed clinics are by a WALK-IN or FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE basis. Please refer to the Clinic Schedule for availability. You may call the clinic/s ahead of time to confirm if I will be in for the day.
