My practice focuses on GENERAL OUTPATIENT CASES ONLY such as hypertension, high cholesterol, high uric acid, high blood sugar, viral / bacterial / fungal / parasitic infections, muscle, bone, and joint problems, headache, dizziness, skin problems, allergies, eyes / ears / nose / throat problems, stomach and intestinal disorders, urinary disorders and infections. I also do MILD COVID-19 home care, medical prescription and refills, medical certificates, fit-to-work clearances, and laboratory requests and interpretation. HOW MUCH IS DR. RECIO'S CONSULTATION FEE? It is Php 300. Please be informed that on top of the doctor's consultation fee, NowServing charges an additional fee (5% of the doctor's PF + Php 75) for their app's maintenance and services. WHAT IS THE MODE OF PAYMENT AND WHEN CAN I PAY? Once you book an appointment, you will be charged ahead with the consultation fee. You will then be redirected to the NowServing paywall, wherein you can pay online through any banking channel. Instructions will be provided, so kindly follow them for a successful payment process. HOW LONG CAN I WAIT FOR MY APPOINTMENT TO BE CONFIRMED? Kindly wait for a maximum of one (1) hour for us to respond to your booking requests as we are not 24/7 hooked to our computer screens. Rest assured your appointment will be confirmed ASAP when you book between 7:00AM to 8:00PM. DO YOU ISSUE MEDICAL CERTIFICATES? Yes, but this is on case-to-case basis. Should your clinical impression and management warrant a medical certificate, then Dr. Recio will issue one. Otherwise, the least we can give is a proof of consultation document. DO YOU CHARGE ADDITIONAL FEES FOR MEDICAL CERTIFICATE AND FIT-TO-WORK CLEARANCE? Yes. Starting March 4, 2022, there would be an ADDITIONAL PHP 50 CHARGE FOR MEDICAL CERTIFICATION. CAN I DO FOLLOW UP CONSULT VIA NOWSERVING CHATBOX? No, Dr. Recio does not conduct casual consultations via chat. If you wish to present your laboratory results and/or updates regarding your clinical course, then please do book a follow up appointment through her online clinic.
