How much is your consultation fee?

It is Php 300. Please be informed that on top of the doctor's consultation fee, NowServing charges an additional fee (5% of the doctor's PF + Php 75) for their app's maintenance and services.

What cases do you cater to?

Dr. Recio's practice focuses on GENERAL OUTPATIENT CASES ONLY regarding hypertension, high cholesterol, high uric acid, high blood sugar, viral / bacterial / fungal / parasitic infections, muscle, bone, and joint problems, headache, dizziness, skin problems, allergies, eyes / ears / nose / throat problems, stomach and intestinal disorders, urinary disorders and infections.

Which HMO's/Healthcards do you accept?

None.

Can I book a face to face consultation with you?

No.

Do you issue Medical Certificates?

Yes. Starting on March 4, 2022, there would be an additional Php 50 charge for medical certification.

Do I need to pay first to get an appointment?

Yes. Once you book an appointment, you will be charged ahead with the consultation fee. You will then be redirected to the NowServing paywall, wherein you can pay online through any banking channel. Instructions will be provided, so kindly follow them for a successful payment process.

Can I message you via the NowServing app?

Yes, but Dr. Recio does not conduct casual consultations via chat. If you wish to present your laboratory results and/or updates regarding your clinical course, then please do book a follow up appointment through her online clinic.

How long do I need to wait to get a response to my booking request?

Kindly wait for a maximum of one (1) hour for us to respond to your booking requests as we are not 24/7 hooked to our computer screens. Rest assured your appointment will be confirmed ASAP when you book between 8:00AM to 4:30PM.

What languages/dialects do you speak?

English, Filipino, Tagalog only.

Can I invite another person during the call?

Yes. Please be advised that we have ONE PATIENT PER PAYMENT POLICY, so a CONSULTATION FOR ANOTHER PERSON warrants ANOTHER PAYMENT for the consultation fee and/or documents to be issued.

What services do you offer?

I do consultations FOR GENERAL OUTPATIENT CASES ONLY, COVID-19 home care, medical prescription and refills, medical certificates, fit-to-work clearances, and laboratory requests and interpretation.

What if the doctor does not respond within the guaranteed time?

You may wait for an additional hour, but if your concern is urgent, feel free to cancel your appointment and book another practitioner.

Can I book a schedule today?

Yes. You can book an appointment anytime within the posted schedule for the said day. However, the final time slot will be based on Dr. Recio's availability.

How long does a typical session last?

Around 10-30 minutes depending on the case
