Can I book a schedule today?
No. All ONLINE consultation requests are by appointment only. Kindly book your appointments at least 24 hours before the next clinic day. You may expect responses/confirmations within 24 hours.
Do you have any rules on cancellations and rescheduling of appointment?
Rescheduling: Once your appointment is confirmed, please inform us immediately if there will be any issues with your schedule. We can only accommodate schedule changes if requested up to 2 hours BEFORE your appointed schedule. The next available schedule will depend on the doctor's availability. Cancellation Policy: You may choose to cancel confirmed appointments up to 2 hours BEFORE your appointed schedule. Confirmed appointments that are not cancelled within the allotted period will NOT be eligible for a refund. Please inform us promptly if you experience any connectivity or scheduling issues. No Show Policy: Please log in on time. Patients have a grace period of 15 minutes to log in after their scheduled appointment. A patient will be considered a "No Show" if he/she fails to log in within the 15-minute grace period. Patients tagged as "No Show" will NOT be eligible for a refund.
