Do you issue Medical Certificates?

Yes. Take note that a medical certificate is a legal document affixed with my signature so there will be an additional charge of Php 350.00. Medical certificates are not part of insurance coverage and shall only be given for specific valid reasons and after the consultation.

How long do I need to wait to get a response to my booking request?

I can usually respond within 2-3 hours from the time of notification. But a 24 hours response window is absolutely guaranteed!

Can I book a schedule today?

Yes! As long as there is an available schedule, requests for appointments will be immediately accommodated. If not accepted within 24 hours, your request will be automatically cancelled by the system.

Can I book a face to face consultation with you?

How long does a typical session last?

For new patients, a typical session lasts around 30-40 minutes but it can take longer depending on the case and needs of the patient. I like to take time with my patients, learning about their history and throughly discussing plans and follow-up.

Can I message you via the NowServing app?

Yes, you can send me a message through the NowServing app once I already accepted your appointment. You will receive a reply as soon as possible.
