Do you issue Medical Certificates?

Medical Certificates can only be issued by Medical Doctors. As a Psychologist, I can instead issue a Mental Health Certificate. Please take note that a Mental Health Certificate is a legal document affixed with my signature so there will be an additional charge. Mental Health Certificates shall only be given for specific valid reasons and after follow-up sessions/consultations have been attended.
