Do I need to pay first to get an appointment?

For online consultations: You will need to settle the consultation fee through Now Serving BEFORE we begin. An additional payment may be required if a medical certificate is requested. For face-to-face consultations (in the clinic): The consultation fee is paid AFTER the session, and should be given to the clinic secretary — either in cash, through GCash, or via online banking. Paying through the app will incur an additional booking fee. This fee covers only the following: • Examination of the patient for the stated complaint • Providing the appropriate diagnosis • Prescribing the necessary management Additional charges will apply for any extra services rendered during the consultation.

Can I message you on your social media accounts?

Yes, you may send me a message on my social media accounts. For any new concerns, please book a consultation so I can properly assess and manage your case.

Do you issue Medical Certificates?

Yes, there will be an additional charge aside from the consultation fee. Medical certificates are not covered by insurance or HMO and will only be issued for specific valid reasons after the consultation.

Can I message you via the NowServing app?

Yes, you can send me a message through the NowServing app once I already accepted your appointment. You will receive a reply as soon as possible.

Can I book a face to face consultation with you?

Yes, you may book your appointment through the Now Serving app, or my Facebook page, or by calling your preferred hospital or clinic directly. For payments, cash transactions will be handled by the clinic secretary, or you may present your LOA from your HMO.

Which HMO's/Healthcards do you accept?

Yes, I accept HMO for face-to-face consultations only. Please contact your preferred hospital to confirm if your HMO is accredited there.

How do I get a schedule with you?

You can easily set an appointment with me through the Now Serving app, by sending a message on my Facebook page, or by calling your chosen hospital/clinic.

Can I book a schedule today?

Yes. As long as there is an available schedule, requests for appointments will be immediately accommodated .
