Do I need to pay first to get an appointment?

Yes, you will need to pay the fee through Now Serving before we begin the online consultation. On the other hand, for face-to-face consultations, the fee is paid after the session. This covers only the following: examining the patient regarding the complaint, providing the correct diagnosis, and giving the appropriate management or prescription. Additional fees will be charged for any extra services provided during the consultation.

Can I message you on your social media accounts?

Yes. For any new concerns, please book another appointment.

Do you issue Medical Certificates?

Yes. There will be an additional charge besides your consultation fee. Medical certificates are not part of insurance coverage / HMO and shall only be given for specific valid reasons and after the consultation.

Can I message you via the NowServing app?

Yes, you can send me a message through the NowServing app once I already accepted your appointment. You will receive a reply as soon as possible.

Can I book a face to face consultation with you?

Yes, you can book your appointment through the Now Serving app or Facebook page, or you can call your preferred hospital or clinic directly for scheduling.

Which HMO's/Healthcards do you accept?

Yes, I accept HMO for face-to-face consultations only. Please call your preferred hospital and inquire whether your HMO is accredited there.

Can I book a schedule today?

Yes. As long as there is an available schedule, requests for appointments will be immediately accommodated .
