Dr. Garcia is a proud Cagayan State University College of Medicine graduate who finished her junior internship at East Avenue Medical Center and Veterans Memorial Medical Center and her postgraduate internship at Philippine Center for Specialized Health Care-DOH Internship Program. She now practices medicine as a Primary Care Physician and an advocate of public health and Occupational health and safety standards. She is fluent in 3 languages: Filipino, English and Ilocano.
