A licensed psychologist dedicated to helping individuals navigate trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, abuse, stress, and life transitions, as well as other personal, emotional, and relational concerns. Trained in Solution-Focused Therapy and continuously deepening trauma-informed practice through advanced training in Traumatology. Therapeutic work integrates approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Existential Therapy, Reality Therapy, and Gestalt techniques, with each session tailored to the client’s unique needs and goals. The aim is to provide a safe, warm, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, understood, and supported. Healing takes time, and growth is not always linear. Therapy can be a space to gain clarity, build resilience, and move toward meaningful change at one’s own pace.
