As of the moment, I am not currently affiliated with any HMO or Health Insurance Companies.

How long do I need to wait to get a response to my booking request?

I usually respond within 1-3 hours.

If I cancel my request for consultation, do I get a refund?

Yes. SeriousMD/Now Serving will be the one to refund your payment if no consultation has been done.

Is this just the booking fee or is it already the full consultation amount?

This is just the consultation amount. I charge additional ₱250.00 for medical certificate or medical clearances and fit to work documents.

Can I book a schedule today?

Yes

Can I message you on your social media accounts?

Yes, but I would much prefer for the messages to be sent via the Now Serving App and the SeriousMD account. Thank you.

What if the doctor does not respond within the guaranteed time?

I will refund the payment made by the patient via the seriousMD app if I will not be able to respond the their consultation request or message within 24 hours. I usually respond within 1-3 hours from consultation request or message inquiry.

Can I book a face to face consultation with you?

Yes

Can I message you via the NowServing app?

Yes. My chat box is always open and if patients prefer to have the consultation done via chat, I am also amenable to that.

Do you accept international patients?

Yes

Can I be late? Can I be late in sending labs and photos?

Yes. I am willing to wait for your laboratory results.

Do you issue Medical Certificates?

Yes, I issue Medical Certificates and Fit to Work Clearances for an additional fee of ₱250.00.

How much is the consultation?
