Do you issue Medical Certificates?
Yes. Medical Certifications and Clearances will have their own corresponding charges. Contents of the requested documents will depend on the findings of the consultation. Clearances would take more than one session to obtain.
How long do I need to wait to get a response to my booking request?
It usually takes 24-48 hours to confirm your booking request.
Please expect responses to your queries from 8am to 6pm (Mon, Tue, Wed, Fri) / 8am to 4pm (Sat). The online clinic is closed on Thursdays and Sundays.
Do you have any rules on cancelation and rescheduling of appointments?
1.) Rescheduling Policy : Upon confirmation of appointment, inform us immediately if there are any concerns about your schedule. We can only accept changes in schedule if made before the start of the clinic hours (before 10am). The next schedule will also depend on the doctor's availability. Requests for postponement beyond this time will be considered a cancelation of the original appointment and no refunds will be provided.
2.) Cancellation Policy: There will be no refunds for confirmed appointments that were not canceled at least 2 business days (8AM-5PM) prior to the agreed date and the time. Inform us immediately if there will be problems with your connectivity or schedule.
3.) No Show Policy: The patient is considered a NO SHOW if he/she did not go online within the grace period of 15 minutes. The fee is non- refundable for NO SHOW patients. A new booking is required for another appointment.

Can I book a schedule today?
All consultations are by appointment only. Kindly book your appointment at least 48 hours before the next clinic day.
Example: If your preferred day is Monday, we will accept booking until Saturday at 10am.
You may expect responses/ confirmations within 48 hours, from 8am-6pm.
Can I book a face to face consultation with you?
Booking for face to face consultations are not allowed here. You may contact 8715 0861 to 64 local 280 instead to book your face to face appointment.
Can I message you via the NowServing app?
Yes. If you have URGENT concerns, you may send a message via the NowServing app. However, kindly expect responses to your queries from 8am to 6pm only.
However, if it is an EMERGENCY, we recommend that you go to an EMERGENCY ROOM instead.
Do you cater to pediatric and elderly patients?
Dr. Pagaddu caters to adult patients (19-59 years old) only.
How long does a typical session last?
For NEW clients: The first session may last for 40 mins to an hour, which includes initial assessment and discussion of management plan. The duration will depend on each patient’s needs but the whole hour is reserved for one patient only.
For FOLLOW-UP clients: Each session may last for 30 minutes to an hour, depending on the patient’s needs but the whole hour is reserved for one patient only.
What do I have to prepare for the consultation.
Kindly prepare your set-up and gadgets (charge laptop or phone, earphones, etc) and make sure to have a stable internet connection. It would be ideal to be in a quiet room to avoid distractions. Please also make sure to wear decent/presentable clothes during your consultation.
Do you accept emergency cases?
No. This service is for NON-EMERGENT cases only. For emergencies such as active suicidal thoughts, self-harm, violence, overdose, ongoing panic attacks, or any case that requires prompt evaluationa and management, please proceed immediately to the nearest hospital, ideally with a psychiatric service.
Do you issue special/yellow prescriptions?
Yes, Dr. Pagaddu can issue special prescriptions for regulated medications if needed in the treatment. However, pharmacies require actual prescriptions for S2 regulated medications (ie. Methylphenidate, Benzodiazepines), so you will be asked to pick up the actual prescriptions at Dr. Pagaddu’s clinic in UERM Hospital (Quezon City). For Monday to Wednesday consultations, prescriptions will be available starting THURSDAY of the same week while for Friday and Saturday Consultations, prescriptions will be available starting MONDAY of the following week. Patients who need S2 prescriptions are HIGHLY ENCOURAGED to have face to face consultations instead.
