The therapist securely stores client records, with confidentiality upheld unless: 1. There is serious harm to self or others. 2. Abuse or neglect is disclosed or suspected. 3. A legal order mandates disclosure. 4. The client provides written consent. Therapy success depends on both the therapist and the client. Clients are responsible for implementing changes discussed in therapy. The therapist is not obligated to participate in legal proceedings unless legally required. If the therapist identifies a risk of harm, they may notify the person at risk or contact authorities. This authorization ends upon service termination. Clients may terminate services at any time. Consultation notes are securely stored and retained for up to 15 years, per Department of Health guidelines. By booking a teleconsultation, you confirm your understanding and agreement to these terms.

Do you issue Medical Certificates?

No, but I provide a Mental Health Certificate, which serves as the equivalent of a clinical certificate for psychologists. This certificate is a formal and legal document issued under my professional authority and affixed with my digital signature. Please note that there is an additional charge of P800.00 for the issuance of this certificate. Certificates recommending leave are not covered by insurance and will only be issued for valid reasons after completing at least two sessions.

How long does a typical session last?

A typical session lasts around 45 minutes per client. It can take longer depending on the client's case and needs. Please take note that the first session will be for intake interviews and initial consultations.
