What happens once I submit my consultation request?
You will receive a slot confirmation request through the NowServing app. Once you have confirmed your preferred time slot for the consultation, we will request you to fill in our Nutrition Intake Form and Food Diary. These are necessary for creating a holistic nutrition intervention that matches your specific health needs and status. The online nutrition consultation itself usually lasts around 30 to 45 minutes.
