Can I book a face to face consultation with you?

Yes. However, this is only offered as home service consultation, with transport expenses to be shouldered by the patient, is limited to patients living within 3 kilometers, and only for non-urgent and non-emergent cases which often requires tertiary hospital intervention.

Do you issue Medical Certificates?

Yes. Take note that a medical certificate is a legal document affixed with my signature so there will be an additional charge of Php 150. Medical certificates are not part of insurance coverage and shall only be given for specific valid reasons and after the consultation.
