I'm a licensed psychologist specializing in trauma. I obtained my Certificate in Traumatic Stress Studies on a scholarship under the Trauma Research Foundation, also completed the Complex Trauma Certification Training Levels 1 & 2 and got my EMDR Certification (an EMDRIA - approved training) from EMDR Consulting. I have obtained local and international trainings on the following modalities: CBT, DBT, Narrative Therapy, and Hypnotherapy. I have 7 years of experience in providing counseling and psychotherapy to a diverse set of clients. My counseling work focuses on the treatment of mood and anxiety disorders, trauma and stressor-related disorders, obsessive-compulsive and related disorders, normal and complicated grief, as well as relationship & attachment-related issues and adjustment difficulties. I use experiential, trauma-informed and attachment-informed approaches, employ somatic techniques, and cater to both adolescents and adults. In addition, I also conduct psychological assessment for employment-related purposes. I obtained my Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of Santo Tomas where I graduated as Cum Laude. I ranked 7th in the 2016 Licensure Exam for Psychometrician.
