Do you issue Medical Certificates?

Yes. Please note that the document issued is a Mental Health Certificate and not a Medical Certificate. As this is a legal document bearing my professional signature and license details, an additional fee of 50 PHP will apply. Mental Health Certificates are not covered by insurance and are issued only for valid and appropriate purposes, subject to the clinician's professional judgment and after a consultation or assessment has been conducted.

Can I message you via the NowServing app?

Yes, you can send me a message through the NowServing app once I already accepted your appointment. You will receive a reply as soon as possible.

How long do I need to wait to get a response to my booking request?

I typically respond to messages and appointment requests as soon as possible, often within the same day. However, response times may vary depending on ongoing consultations, assessments, and other professional commitments. Rest assured that all inquiries will be attended to at the earliest available opportunity.

Can I book a face to face consultation with you?

Yes. Face-to-face consultations are available upon request, subject to schedule availability. My physical clinic is located at Barcarse Psychological Services in Manila. Kindly ensure that appointments are booked in advance to secure your preferred schedule and allow sufficient time for confirmation and preparation.

Can I book a schedule today?

Yes. As long as there is an available schedule, appointment requests will be accommodated. To allow sufficient time for preparation and confirmation, appointments must be booked at least three (3) hours before the preferred schedule.
