I am a General Physician handling non-urgent/emergent adult cases including primary care level mental health consults such as, but not limited to symptoms of: stress, mood issues, anxiety attacks, panic attacks, and initial assessment or screening of abnormal behavior. Please take note that I am not a resident, diplomate, or fellow of Psychiatry and will refer cases to Psychiatry for further evaluation and management as deemed fit. For urgent/emergent cases, including thoughts, speech, behaviors suggestive of imminent suicide, please bring the patient to the nearest ER or healthcare facility IMMEDIATELY. > Again, I'm NOT a psychiatrist :) > No S2 License > For psychiatric clearances/fit-to-work certificates = Please book with a psychiatrist :)

Do you issue Medical Certificates?
It depends. But when I do, please take note that a medical certificate is a legal document affixed with my signature so there will be an additional charge of 150 php.
How long do I need to wait to get a response to my booking request?
On weekdays, it may take less than an hour to get a response. On weekends, it may take hours, but not more than 1 day.
