SORRY AND THANK YOU!] I am a General Physician handling non-urgent/emergent adult cases including primary care level mental health consults such as, but not limited to symptoms of: stress, mood issues, anxiety attacks, panic attacks, and initial assessment or screening of abnormal behavior. Please take note that I am not a resident, diplomate, or fellow of Psychiatry and will refer cases to Psychiatry for further evaluation and management as deemed fit. For urgent/emergent cases, including thoughts, speech, behaviors suggestive of imminent suicide, please bring the patient to the nearest ER or healthcare facility IMMEDIATELY. Do you issue Medical Certificates?
It depends. But when I do, please take note that a medical certificate is a legal document affixed with my signature so there will be an additional charge of 150 php.
How long do I need to wait to get a response to my booking request?
On weekdays, it may take less than an hour to get a response. On weekends, it may take hours, but not more than 1 day.
