Do you issue Medical Certificates?
Yes. Take note that a medical certificate is a legal document affixed with my signature so there will be an additional charge. Medical certificates are not part of insurance coverage and shall only be given for specific valid reasons (except medico-legal) and on the day of consultation. Kindly inform me during the consultation.
Do you have a NO SHOW policy for your patients?
Yes. Patients who do not respond to the call within 15 minutes will be marked as No Show. In this case, consultation fees will NOT be refunded, as the time slot has already been reserved.
