Yes. A Medical Certificate will be issued after the consultation and upon request. This will cost an additional fee of PHP 300.00.
Do I need to pay first to get an appointment?
Payment must be made upon booking a consultation. There will be additional fees for any additional services requested during the consultation, such as a Medical Certificate.
Can I message you via the NowServing app?
A message can be made through the NowServing app once your appointment is confirmed. Messaging will be available within one week from consultation. Afterwards, another booking and payment for consultation should be made. You will receive a reply as soon as the doctor becomes available.
