Do you issue Medical Certificates?

Yes. Please settle the amount prior to booking the consultation. Take note that a medical certificate is a legal document affixed with my signature and will have an additional charge of PHP 500. Medical certificates are not part of insurance coverage and shall only be given for specific valid reasons and after the consultation. Certificates for medical illness and fit to work are different and will be charged separately.

Do I need to pay first to get an appointment?

Yes, you will have to pay the fee before I will receive the request. The consultation fee includes only the following: examining the patient regarding the complaint, giving the correct diagnosis, and giving the appropriate management/prescription. There will be additional fees charges to you for any additional services offered during the consultation.

Which HMO's/Healthcards do you accept?

No I do not accept HMOs

Can I message you via the NowServing app?

After your appointment is settled, a message will be sent to you regarding your schedule. Please wait for the clinic staff to contact you. Your consult is COMPLETED at the end of your appointment. If you are scheduled for a follow-up for continuity of care, it is considered another appointment. You may or may not settle the payment until your scheduled follow-up. If you have any medical concerns after your consult was completed, PLEASE BOOK ANOTHER APPOINTMENT FIRST. Only inquiries regarding scheduling will be entertained by the clinic staff via NowServing app for those without an appointment.
