Do you issue Medical Certificates?

Yes. Take note that a medical certificate is a legal document affixed with my signature so there will be an additional charge on top of the booked consultation fee. Medical certificates can ONLY be issued after undergoing a series of psychological testing and evaluation so the issuance of a medical certificate, depending on it's purpose or nature, may be released after 3-5 working days. Depending on the context of prior consultation, one session is usually not enough to make a proper baseline for issuance of a medical certificate.

What is your Cancellation Policy?

Once booked, you are expected to show up to appointments on time. You are given 15 minutes grace period before you are tagged as NO SHOW. NO SHOW clients will not be refunded of their payments. Should you need to cancel or reschedule a session, you will be asked to notify your counselor with a 24 hours’ notice if the session was booked several days earlier. If the session was scheduled within the day, a 3 hours' notice before your scheduled appointment is required. If you miss a session without canceling, or cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, you may be required to pay for the session unless we both agree that you were unable to attend due to circumstances beyond your control.
