I am not a Plastic Surgeon. I am a surgical oncologist specializing on the breast. I do partial breast reconstructions only in the setting of diagnosed cancers and not mainly for aesthetic/cosmetic reasons.

Which HMO's/Healthcards do you accept?

Yes, I accept the following: Intellicare/AVEGA, Maxicare, PhilCare, MedFix, Kaiser. Kindly bring your LOA to the clinic upon consultation.

Do you issue Medical Certificates?

Yes. Take note that a medical certificate is a legal document affixed with my signature so there will be an additional charge of [150 pesos for 2 copies]. Medical certificates are not part of insurance coverage and shall only be given for specific valid reasons and after the consultation.
