Do I need to pay first to get an appointment?

Yes, you will have to pay the fee before I will receive the request. A lifestyle questionnaire must also be answered before the consultation and any recent lab tests you have must be uploaded or sent to the doctor for review. There will be additional fees charges to you for any additional services offered during the consultation.

Can I book a face to face consultation with you?

Yes, you may book a face to face consultation with the doctor, especially for services like acupuncture, IV nutrient drips, manual lymphatic drainage, fascial manipulation, energy medicine.

Which HMO's/Healthcards do you accept?

Unfortunately, the services offered here are not yet covered by HMOs. Currently, we are waiting for the final changes to be made in the Universal Healthcare Act

How long does a typical session last?

The holistic/lifestyle medical consultation lasts around 1 hour per patient. It can take longer depending on the case and needs of the patient.

Do you issue Medical Certificates?

Yes, except for medico-legal purposes. Take note that a medical certificate is a legal document affixed with my signature so there will be an additional charge of Php 300. Medical certificates are not part of insurance coverage and shall only be given for specific valid reasons and after the consultation.

Can I book a schedule today?

No, because you have to answer a lifestyle questionnaire first and the doctor will review this before seeing the patient. The questionnaire must be answered first at least 2-3 days before the consult and any lab tests you have must be uploaded. As the holistic medical consultation is 1-hour long, the doctor needs time to review the answered questionnaire and lab test results. However, if the request is not accepted within the day, your request will be automatically cancelled by the system.
