Do you issue Medical Certificates?

Yes. Take note that a medical certificate is a legal document affixed with my signature so there will be an additional charge of PHP 200. Medical certificates are not part of insurance coverage and shall only be given for specific valid reasons and after the consultation.

How long do I need to wait to get a response to my booking request?

I try to respond as soon as I get notified with the request. However, there may be some delays if I am attending to other patients.

Which HMO's/Healthcards do you accept?

As of now, I am not yet affiliated with any HMO/Healthcard.
