You may look like you’re functioning well on the outside β€” going to school, working, staying productive, showing up for people β€” while internally feeling anxious, emotionally exhausted, overwhelmed, mentally drained, or stuck in your thoughts. Many of the people I work with are young adults, students, and professionals who are struggling with: β€’ Overthinking and constant worry β€’ Burnout and emotional exhaustion β€’ Difficulty managing thoughts, emotions, or stress β€’ Feeling lost, emotionally stuck, or disconnected from themselves β€’ Anxiety affecting relationships, focus, motivation, or daily functioning β€’ Pressure from academics, work, family, or life transitions β€’ Difficulty slowing down, resting, or feeling emotionally safe Sometimes people come to therapy not because everything is falling apart, but because they’re tired of silently carrying everything on their own. I provide a warm, supportive, and non-judgmental space where you can openly process your emotions, experiences, and struggles at your own pace. My approach is collaborative and grounded in evidence-based care, integrating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based approaches, trauma-informed care, and reflective processing depending on your needs. I commonly work with: β€’ Young professionals experiencing anxiety, burnout, stress, emotional overwhelm, or relationship difficulties β€’ Students struggling with academic pressure, uncertainty, focus concerns, or self-worth issues β€’ Individuals navigating breakups, life transitions, identity concerns, emotional exhaustion, or feeling mentally β€œstuck” Services Offered β€’ Therapy & Emotional Support Sessions Support for anxiety, burnout, overthinking, emotional overwhelm, stress, relationship concerns, emotional regulation, and life transitions. β€’ Emotional Clarity Session (Non-Diagnostic) Ideal for individuals who feel emotionally overwhelmed, mentally drained, confused, or unsure where to begin. β€’ Mental Health & Fit-to-Work Assessment β€’ Psychological & Diagnostic Evaluation β€’ Career Counseling & Academic Support Therapy is not about β€œfixing” you. It’s about understanding yourself more deeply, learning healthier ways to cope, and creating space for healing, clarity, and growth. You’re welcome to book a session whenever you feel ready.
