Do I need to pay first to get an appointment?

Yes, you will have to pay the fee before I will receive the request. The consultation fee includes only the following: examining the patient regarding the complaint, giving the correct diagnosis, and giving the appropriate management/prescription. There will be additional fees charges to you for any additional services offered during the consultation.

What is your NO SHOW policy?

To ensure quality care, a 15-minute grace period is observed for all sessions. Arrivals beyond this will be considered a no-show, and the session will be forfeited without refund. Sessions require 45–60 minutes for meaningful progress. In case of emergencies, please inform us in advance to explore possible accommodations. By booking, you acknowledge and accept this policy.

How long do I need to wait to get a response to my booking request?

During the psychologist's scheduled working hours, especially when he is in a session, please allow up to 2-4 hours for a response. On days off, anticipate a reply within the day.
