How long do I need to wait to get a response to my booking request?

please hold for about 2-3hrs of waiting .. I do respond right away whenever I receive your booking requests but sometimes I cant respond that fast hope for your consideration ..

Can I message you via the NowServing app?

Yes, you can send me a message through the NowServing app once I already accepted your appointment. You will receive a reply as soon as possible. specially uf both parties has unstable internet connection I am willing to assist you even via messages thru nowserving app ..

Do you issue Medical Certificates?

Yes. I do issue medical certificates may it be for clearance, fit to work or certification for rest, only after consultation was done. I wont charge additional fee for it unless necessary .. thank you

What if the doctor does not respond within the guaranteed time?

I often respond immidiately upon receiving your request .. but if not .. please give me around 1-3hrs or waiting time before cancelling your appointment with me ..
