How long do I need to wait to get a response to my booking request?

Less than 24 hours.

It's past my appointment time, is the consultation still going to proceed?

For TMC Clinic patients, as long as you're in the clinic and your chart is already in my room, I will prioritize those appointments in order. Apologies for the waiting time especially if there are many patients.

Which HMO's/Healthcards do you accept?

Please go to the clinic schedule and you'll find the accredited HMOs per clinic.

I changed my phone number so I cannot get the notifications. What should I do?

Please get in touch with me via Instagram @millennialpedia and attach an ID. We’ll update your contact details in our records.

Can I book a schedule today?

Yes, I always accept same day booking of appointment as long as it's at least an hour before the clinic starts BUT it depends on the availability. Kindly book the appointment and wait for the confirmation.

Do you accept international patients?

Yes.

Can I message you via the NowServing app?

Yes you can. However, if it is an EMERGENT concern please go to the nearest EMERGENCY ROOM. Otherwise, messages left on this platform will only be seen once I log in.

Do I need to pay first to get an appointment?

For online consultation YES, there is a paywall prior to confirmation of appointment. For face to face clinic consults, payment to the cashier/secretary will be done AFTER the consultation

Can I message you on your social media accounts?

Yes, preferably in Instagram. However, response time will also vary depending on my availability. If it's an EMERGENT concern, please go to the EMERGENCY ROOM. Otherwise, messages left on social media will be replied to only when I'm logged in.

Can I book a face to face consultation with you?

YES! Face to face consults are encouraged to be booked via this platform too. You will receive a notification of your appointment as well.

How long does a typical session last?

Depends on the complexity of your concerns/condition. Usually between 15-20 min at the average.

Do you provide School Clearance?

Yes. Depends on the school and their requirement, sometimes they need me to sign a form or for some just a medical certificate will do. For some patients, laboratory tests might be done (depending on the examination) before issuing a school clearance so it won't be given on the same day as the consult.

Do you issue Medical Certificates?

Yes, but only after a consultation.

Do you accept bank transfer or online banking as payment instead of cash?

In my St Luke's clinic, yes. Paymaya, BPI transfer, Gcash are available. For TMC Clinics, cash payment is preferred if you don't have HMO.

My booking got rescheduled to a date I am not available, what now?
