How long do I need to wait to get a response to my booking request?

We usually respond within 24-48 hours. Appointments booked beyond 3 pm will be processed the following day. Appointments booked on a Sunday will be processed on the next working day.

Which HMO's/Healthcards do you accept?

HMOs are accepted for face to face consultations only. We accept Maxicare, Intellicare, ValuCare, Etiqa, Philcare

Can I book a face to face consultation with you?

Yes. We still use the Now Serving app for booking even face to face consultations. Our clinic schedules for face to face consultation are as follows: Asian Hospital and Medical Center - Mon-Wed-Fri 3-5 pm Makati Medical Center - Thursday 9 am-11 am

How long does a typical session last?

Sessions typically last for 15 minutes but for cases such as newly diagnosed HIV infection, a consult slot of as long as 30 minutes are given.
