If I cancel my request for consultation, do I get a refund?

The consultation fee is non-refundable for cancellations made within two working days of the scheduled appointment. If you need to reschedule an appointment, kindly do so 48 hours before the scheduled appointment.

Which HMO's/Healthcards do you accept?

Unfortunately, HMOs and health cards are not accepted at this time.

Can I be late? Can I be late in sending labs and photos?

Do arrive on time for your appointment. Arriving late shall be subject to a shortened session and session will close at the end of your reserved time slot.

Do you issue Medical Certificates?

Yes. Take note that a medical certificate shall only be given for specific valid reasons and after the consultation, if deemed appropriate. Assessment is performed via an online platform, which have inherent limitations. This means that the certification cannot be used for medico-legal purposes. The medical certificate is a legal document affixed with my signature so there will be an additional charge.
