Do you issue Medical Certificates?

Yes. Take note that a medical certificate is a legal document affixed with my signature so there will be an additional charge of 100.00. Medical certificates are not part of insurance coverage and shall only be given for specific valid reasons and after the consultation.

How much is the consultation?

Consultation alone is Php200 + service charge. This is paid upon booking. Issuance of medical certificate is billed during consultation. Php 100 plus service charge

Do you issue a fit to work certificate?

Yes. Fit to work certificate is issued with an additional charge of 100.00. Medical certificate for LOA is different from Fit to work certificate

Which HMO's/Healthcards do you accept?

No. Currently, I am not affiliated to any HMOs nor accept any healthcards.

Is this just the booking fee or is it already the full consultation amount?

This is just the regular booking fee. An additional charge will be for the issuance of medical certificate or medical clearances. It will be Php 300.00 for consultation with medical certificate.

How long does a typical session last?

A typical session lasts around 15-30 minutes per patient. It can take longer depending on the case and needs of the patient.

Can I message you via the NowServing app?

Yes, you can send me a message through the NowServing app once I already accepted your appointment. You will receive a reply as soon as possible.

Do I need to pay first to get an appointment?

Yes, you will have to pay the fee before I will receive the request. The consultation fee includes only the following: examining the patient regarding the complaint, giving the correct diagnosis, and giving the appropriate management/prescription. There will be additional fees charges to you for any additional services offered during the consultation.

Do you charge for follow-up consultations?

No. I don't charge for follow up consultations if it is related to the first complain. However if it is new complain, you can book for an appointment.
