Dr. Nica Minerva Olivar-Floro is a board-certified dermatologist under the Philippine Dermatological Society (PDS) practicing in Pangasinan, with clinics based in Bayambang, Malasiqui, and Dagupan. She pursued further training in procedural dermatology and laser surgery at Ramathibodi Hospital, Mahidol University in Thailand, and completed a clinical attachment at the National Skin Center in Singapore, where she rotated through subspecialty clinics including contact dermatitis, eczema, hair and nail diseases, pediatric dermatology, pigment disorders, psoriasis, and skin cancer.
