I provide a supportive space for individuals to explore their life challenges through dialogue and collaborative reflection. I believe therapy is most effective when it is a partnership. My approach is grounded in applied cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT), which means we look at the interplay between your thoughts, your feelings, and your behaviours. By understanding how these three areas influence one another, we can identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck. My work is always centered on your unique story. Rather than 'fixing' a condition, we work together to wonder about your experiences, identify the goals that matter to you, and co-design practical experiments to help you move forward. While I work with a wide range of concerns, I have a particular interest in supporting those navigating low mood, fear/anxiety, stress, and burnout. Our first session is a low-pressure opportunity for us to see if we are a good fit and to ensure you are getting the specific type of support you need.
