Which HMO's/Healthcards do you accept?

For online consultations - Intellicare, Avega, and Etiqa. Secure an electronic Letter of Authorization (LOA) from your HMOs. Electronically SIGN then save in the same PDF format as it was sent to you. LOA screenshots and pictures of your HMO IDs cannot be accepted.

How do I prepare for my online consultation?

Send the ff: 1. Clear, well-lighted pictures of the affected areas. Multiple pictures with close up shots and different angles are encouraged. You will be requested to retake pictures that are dark and unclear. 2. A list of medications/products previously and currently applied.

How to take pictures prior to the teleconsult?

Make sure your pictures are clear, well-lit, and in natural light. Take multiple pictures, make sure to show entire area around spot/rash. Take a close-up and a far away picture of the areas of concern. For face lesions, do not wear makeup. Have someone else take photos of hard to reach areas. Use back camera rather than selfie/front camera as it has a better resolution.
