Do you issue Medical Certificates?

Yes. Take note that a medical certificate is a legal document affixed with my signature so there will be an additional charge for them. Medical certificates are not part of insurance coverage and may only be given for specific valid reasons and after the consultation.

What are my options if I missed my appointment?

You may send a message thru the app for a callback. Please be advised that for the most times, appointments are accepted as they are booked. Please be ready to answer the call on the app so your concerns can be addressed at the soonest possible time. Depending on the reason, your booking fee may be refunded.
