Frequently Asked Questions

Do you issue Medical Certificates?

Yes. A medical certificate will definitely be generated upon request, along with recommendations for leaves / mental health rest / PWD applications per request after paying the specified fee.

What are the services you provide?

I provide psychiatric / mental health consultations. In each session, I listen to your concerns and struggles about work, life, relationships, and traumas. The goal is to find out what is causing this, give you a diagnosis, and collaborate on a treatment plan that is suited for you. If you need someone to listen to your side of the story, you have come to the right place. We can talk about: baggages, fears & anxieties, relationship struggles, work problems and burnout, academic distress, neurodivergence & ADHD, and gender, sexuality, and sexual health concerns. Therapy and counseling will always be the priority every consult. We can also provide you with medications, and recommendations to your workplace via a medical certificate when needed.

How long does a typical session last?

Every new patient is consulted and counseled for at most 1 hour (60 minutes). However, your comfort is very much considered. The time allotted is to make sure we get the most apt diagnosis that fits your experience. Successive follow-up consult and therapy sessions will last at most 30 minutes. We may extend time for each session as the need arises.
