Please take note of the following guidelines for a smooth and effective online consultation: •This online clinic caters exclusively to non-urgent and non-emergency cases. In the event of an emergency or urgent medical symptoms, kindly proceed to the nearest Emergency Room. •This online clinic DOES NOT CATER TO MEDICOLEGAL CASES. •Acknowledge that signal issues may impact the quality of the consultation. It is crucial to ensure a stable connection for optimal results. If signal concerns arise during the consultation, and if the signal is too bad on either end, the session may need to be rescheduled. Kindly notify us through this platform when you can guarantee a more stable connection, allowing us to accommodate your needs appropriately. •Clinic hours are detailed on the profile page. Direct all concerns to the NowServing/SeriousMD app, and responses will be provided exclusively during clinic hours. •Consultation duration is 40-60 minutes per session. Late logins exceeding 15 minutes will result in forfeiture of the time slot. To reschedule a missed appointment, please use the app. Missed appointments or no-shows are billable consultations. Cancellations and reschedules are only accepted 24 hours prior to the scheduled consult. •Consultation sessions occur through the NowServing/SeriousMD app, Zoom Meeting, or Google Meet. Unless otherwise specified, your consultation will take place via the NowServing app. Please be prepared at least 5 minutes before the scheduled time. •Medical certificates, prescriptions, and lab requests are transmitted through the NowServing app. Schedule of Fees are as follows: Initial consult: 2,500 Follow-up consult: 1,500 Additional documents that require the physician to affix their signature and in effect vouch for you, such as medical certificates, PWD certification, fit-to-work certificates, medical abstracts and other documents will require additional fee. •Official receipt is available upon request. The OR from the doctor covers the consultation fee only.
