Can I book a schedule today?

Yes. For same day consults, Booking cut off is 09:00PM. Bookings made after 09:00PM will be scheduled on the following working day. If you booked but the doctor is not available, you will get notified via chat (Response time approx 3-5hours) and you have the option to proceed with the consult to be sched on the next working day.

Do you issue Medical Certificates?

Yes. Medical Certificate (sick leave, fit to work, fit to travel) is provided after assessment. No additional charges. For Pre-Employment Fit to work, on site consultation is highly recommended esp if you have problems with hearing, vision, etc. because special maneuvers are required for a complete assessment.

Can I message you via the NowServing app?

Please refrain from asking medical advice on chat & book a formal consult via the app. This ensures proper documentation of your own medical record. In line with this, please make a list of all the questions that you want to ask prior to consult to ensure that all of your concerns are addressed by the doctor.

Do you charge for follow-up consultations?

Yes, including those who need Fit to Work after a Sick Leave. The Medical Certificate is already included in the PF; No additional charges.
