Do I need to pay first to get an appointment?
Yes, you will have to settle the consultation fee prior to the appointment. Payment QR (via GCash or Maribank) will be sent along with schedule confirmation.
Do you issue Medical Certificates?
Yes. Certification/clearance will be given after initial evaluation and appropriate laboratory tests have been completed and interpreted. There will be an additional fee of ₱500 (fixed for all types of patients) for medical certification/pre-employment clearance/fit to work.
