How much is the consultation?

New and existing: 800-1000, Pre-operative/ pre-procedure clearance: Php 2000, Pre-employment clearance for those who will be working abroad: Php 1500, For those who booked via On-Demand Consultation, there is an additional fee for pre-operative/ procedure/ employment clearance or certificates.

Do you issue Medical Certificates?

Yes. Take note that a medical certificate is a legal document affixed with my signature so there must be a consultation with me recently for its issuance.

Can I get a hardcopy of my medical certificate or clearance with wet signature?

If you need or want a hardcopy of the medical certificate or clearance, please set an appointment in one of my physical / face-to-face clinics.

Can I message you via the NowServing app?

Yes, you can send me a message through the NowServing app once I already accepted your appointment. You will receive a reply as soon as possible.

Do you have EMERGENCY consultations?

All emergency (life and death, low BP, changes in sensorium/ wakefulness, difficulty of breathing, chest pain or any severe pains) situations for new or old patients alike must be brought to the nearest emergency room for physical assessment of the doctor on duty.
