Do you issue Medical Certificates?

Yes. As a medical certificate is a legal document affixed with my signature, there will be an additional charge of Php 300. Medical certificates are not part of insurance coverage and shall only be given as proof of and after consultation.

Do I need to pay first to get an appointment?

For online consultations, yes, you will have to pay the fee before we proceed with the consultation. For face to face consultations, payment is being made after the session via cash or GCash. If a medical certificate is requested, an additional Php 300 will be charged.

Can I book a face to face consultation with you?

Yes. The schedule for face to face consultation is Friday 10am-12pm and Saturday 12pm-2pm at Medikids Pediatric Clinic, Sta. Cruz, Manila. Walk-ins are accepted as well.
